I’m sure a lot of you know these guys, but if you don’t… check out The Audition! I’ve been a fan of these guys for a while now, and they have a new record coming out in just 11 days. If you want to hear more from them, you can check them out at www.myspace.com/theaudition

What do The Audition have to do with Good Charlotte? We got an e-mail from a nice lady named Chelsea who works for their label, Victory Records, and she sent over this quote from Joel on what he thought about them.

“Great band and great song. These guys are next in line and have a real fanbase. I’m excited to see what happens with this band over the next 18 months.”

You might also remember he’s had no shame in fangirling over the band in the past on twitter… just one example

So just do it… go check them out!

If you follow us on twitter, you will know that we are holding a contest! What you will win is a signed picture I got in Boston when I saw Joel and Benji at a private acoustic gig held by a radio station, aswell as a flyer I got at another show in RI to advertise one of Joel’s DJ gigs which was held after.  I have plenty of signed things, so I’m more than happy to give this away, you just gotta work for it

This is going to be a promo contest! What you must do – Promote Good Charlotte on the Bamboozle Roadshow tour!
If they are coming to your town, you can make flyers, or just really do anything you want! If they’re not coming to you, that’s okay too, you can still do it online in anyway you like! Make blog posts, make a new signature or graphics if you post on any forums, again… anything you like.
The person who we feel has come up with the best way to promote the tour and GC will win the signed picture!

The contest closes Moday 22nd March, so you have plenty of time. Email us (gcstate@gmail.com) with what you’ve done, be it pictures, screencaps or even videos! We can wait to see what you come up with.
